2: Audit & Analysis
If you do sign on with us, we’ll take a deep dive into understanding your business and sales strategy as well as your internal processes. What role does the kitchen design play in your sales cycle? Who’s involved every step of the way? Once we’ve gathered all of the information, we’ll work to identify gaps in your existing processes and where OKD can increase your efficiencies. Most importantly, we’ll establish which metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) should be monitored going forward.
This can happen fairly quickly if you are readily available to us.
Next, we’ll present our gameplan for how OKD will support your design process. This series of recommendations will include a streamlined process for working together and identification of coordinator roles. We’ll propose a training schedule for OKD staff to learn your design catalog and software. You’ll also get a KPI dashboard so we can monitor progress and make incremental chanages along the way so you’re always seeing continuous quality improvement.
